ADR freight services

UAB Kalidonas provides ADR freight services (freight of dangerous goods by road). We are able to transport dangerous goods of classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9. Dangerous goods’ group includes such goods which can become a cause for diseases, poisoning, burning of people and animals, explosion and fire and cause deterioration of other goods, structures and equipment or contaminate the environment when transported or stored. When transporting and storing such goods certain precautionary measures must be observed. We ensure that vehicles are specially adapted for transporting dangerous goods. Every time drivers attend a special course and obtain the required certificates. All vehicles bear marking in accordance with all standards. The transport control system installed in the vehicles enables receiving scanned copies of cargo documents immediately after the goods have been unloaded, obtaining accurate information about the movement of the vehicle and its location and ensuring safety of the transported goods. The carrier’s liability insured at a reliable company in compliance with CMR insurance terms ensures safety of transported goods.
